This dish is popular throughout the country for several decades.

Recipe for the dish Bhutuwa:

Clean the offal and cut into pieces

Heat the pan and pour the vegetable oil

Put some dill seeds

Pour the blood in to the pan

Heat the blood until it gets lumpy

Put the (Offal) pieces of meat and mix with lumpy blood

Put masalas, coriander powder, turmeric, bay leaf (Tej Patta)

Put garlic and onions

Mix all the above ingredients and roast for about 20 mins

And when it gets cooked put some chopped spring onions and fresh coriander leaves for flavouring the dish.
